Our Contribution. Served as negotiation support to the UAE Presidency, supplying end-to-end process and substance support; curated and delivered 25 + online and in-person workshops covering mandate management, coalition outreach, text drafting and media handling.
Focus. Systematic up-skilling of the presidency team to ensure an effective, professional COP28.
Participants. Senior staff from key UAE ministries, including Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi (Minister of State for Foreign Trade) and Muna Al Amoodi (Director, Climate Change Department).
Impact. Built a cohesive, technically fluent presidency team able to navigate high-pressure negotiations and deliver an ambitious Dubai outcome.
