CEMUNE facilitated a two-day workshop with the government of Kazakhstan and the WTO on strategic negotiation management in preparation of the 12th WTO Ministerial Conference (MC12).

Event. Strategy retreat for Kazakhstan’s WTO ministerial presidency.
Our contribution. Co-facilitated (with the WTO Secretariat) scenario planning, timetable design and coalition mapping.
Focus. End-to-end management of the MC-12 negotiation process.
Participants. Thirty Kazakh officials and WTO advisers.
Impact. Produced a step-by-step presidency playbook later used by the host team.
