Project description

The Centre trained French speaking delegates from African countries involved in climate negotiations in multilateral settings. This training specifically followed the 31st Meeting of the Parties of the Montreal Protocol, which was organized by the GIZ, as a technical partner of the Green Cooling Initiative. The participants deepened their knowledge in advanced negotiation strategies by using simulations and foundations of the Harvard concept.
