Event. Half-day working session during UNFCCC SB-56.
Our contribution. Facilitated a half-day workshop with the Government of Egypt on the foundational steps needed to facilitate a successful negotiation at the Sharm el-Sheikh Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP27).
Focus. Laying procedural foundations for a first-time COP host.
Participants. Ten senior advisors to the Egyptian presidency.
Impact. Resulted in a clear internal action map subsequently used to steer the Sharm el-Sheikh COP workflow.
