We had the pleasure of working with the Diplomatic Academy Vienna. CEMUNE temporarily joined their Women Leaders Libya Programme, an online format which seeks to strengthen female leadership in the public service sector of Libya.

Project description
Event. Flagship empowerment module within an EU-funded leadership course.
Our contribution. Delivered two-day advanced training (with the Diplomatic Academy Vienna) on Harvard-Concept tools, BATNA calculation and a gender lens on negotiation.
Focus. Strengthening negotiation power of female public-sector leaders in fragile contexts.
Participants. Twenty Libyan female officials.
Impact. Advance women’s representation in government positions.
